Tank and Cover Production Process

Material and Design: Tanks and covers are manufactured from high-quality steel plates. Custom designs are made according to the power capacity of the transformers and are optimized for durability.

Manufacturing and Welding: Using modern welding techniques, the tanks and covers undergo leakage tests. This ensures that the transformers are protected against problems such as oil leakage.

Surface Treatment: For corrosion resistance, the tanks and covers are cleaned with special chemicals and protective coatings are applied. This process increases resistance to harsh environmental conditions.

Quality Control: After production, each tank and cover undergoes pressure tests and leakage checks. Compliance with international standards is ensured through detailed inspections.
