Drying and Oil Filling Process Drying Stage: The active parts of the transformers are dried at high temperatures in special ovens. This process ensures the complete removal of moisture, thereby increasing insulation quality and extending the transformer’s lifespan.

Vacuum Oil Filling: After the drying process, the transformers are filled with high-quality transformer oil under vacuum. This method eliminates air bubbles, maximizing dielectric strength.

Quality Control: After the oil filling process, the transformers undergo leakage and insulation tests. This guarantees the products’ compliance with international standards.
